Saturday, October 28, 2023:

· 1 pm: Doors Open

· 2 pm: First raffle is called exclusively for first 100 Guests – Announce Giveaway Coexist Floor

· 3 pm: Smash Tournament begins The Coexist floor: REGISTER HERE

· 3pm: Influencer Workshop begins in The Den - Live Stage

featuring personality & content creator Idriss

· 4pm:  Game Development Panel: "How To Make A Great Game" in The Den - Live Stage

featuring Ahmed Abdullah, Decoy Games & YiYi Change, Gumbo

· 5pm: Anime Trivia Raffle - The Coexist floor

· 6pm: Street Fighter6 Tournament Begins on The Coliseum floor: REGISTER HERE

· 7pm: Anime Trivia begins in The Fun Zone featuring Any Ani Cards

· 7pm: Live Music Performance Begins in The Den on Main Stage

· 8pm: Anime Trivia Raffle - The Coexist floor

· 9pm: Tekken Tournament - The Coliseum floor: REGISTER HERE

· 9:30pm: Lip Sync battle - The Den - Live Stage

· 10pm: Dance Battle featuring Animator & Content Creator Justin Diecisive

Highlighting Judges: TBD - Battle setup (32 ppl max for prelims 

- 45 seconds each, one after another - Music Theme - House - Prize: Ripley Grier Studio Space - Dance Party Music Theme: "Bomb Rush CyberFunk"

- 1 v 1: 60 second preliminary battle

· 12am: After Party

Artist Alley: table on each floor and primarily in The Den from 1pm - 6pm
