Coexist Gaming FAQ's

  • I would like to organize a tournament within Coexist, how do I do that?
    If you are looking to host tournaments in our Game House, please fill out this form under Esports > Tournament Operators & Organizers. Tournament Organizers receive 10% of the pot and that is how we incentivize you to keep growing your community and bringing it to Coexist. We want to support your efforts in building your community through competitive gaming and so if there are respective titles that are interested in hosting tournaments in, we will absolutely add those to our calendar, and we just need to get certain logistics from you like how many people are in the current community, how often they compete, what are the respective titles they compete in, what are the pots fees that they generally charge, and any relevant information you wish to share.

  • I'd like to host a seminar at Coexist, how do I do that?
    If you are looking to share your talents with the Coexist ecosystem please go to Membership > Instructor Form Our goal is to partner with your brand so you experience optimum growth that also strengthens the community. Choose classes, workshops, panels and seminars you want to host & tap into a community eager to learn & support you!
  • What games are available here?
    There are thousands of free to play video games, both on console and arcade! There are also billiards (pool tables), table tennis (ping pong), foosball as well as board, card and tabletop games, and they are all free to play.
  • I'm a cosplayer, am I welcome?
    You absolutely are! We even have a cosplay magazine to celebrate cosplayers like you!   • Can children go here?
    Absolutely! Kids are certainly welcome as long as there is a guardian who is at least 18 years old. We do not however, recommend children under 8 years old. We have a menu of mocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages as well as kid friendly foods.
  • Do I need to be a member to go here?
    No, you are welcome to enjoy the Coexist GameHouse for only $20 + tax for unlimited gaming, unlimited time each day. It is a more cost effective option to become a member.

  • Where can I find out more about the membership?

  • I am a Pro member and would like to bring a friend to an event along with my plus one, what would it cost me to do that?
    Yes, as a Pro member you receive a plus one like a gym membership. Any additional guests, will have to pay $20 plus tax. If you wish to have multiple guests enter for free, you can consider the Elite or Ultimate Membership tiers.
  • I'd like to cancel/modify my membership. How do I do that?
    When you become a member, an auto-generated email is sent to your inbox to confirm your booking. Check your spam folder as it may be a new sender. You may pause, cancel, up or downgrade your subscription there at anytime or you can always email us at info@coexistgaming.com for inquiries.
  • I did not like my experience with my membership, can I ask for a refund?
    Please direct any questions or complaints to info@coexistgaming.com. Once we have received your query, we will respond to you as soon as possible and get all the information we need to get your subscription refunded. Please note that this will still be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Does this subscription charge each month?
    Yes. This is a monthly subscription and you have to cancel for it to no longer be charged. You are however, in control of changing, pausing, canceling your membership via the email that is automatically sent to you once you sign up. You can also always email us at info@coexistgaming.com to cancel, pause upgrade or downgrade your membership.
  • Subscription Terms and Conditions
    I, as a member of Coexist Gaming Lounge, hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions and all information provided is true and correct. I hereby understand that, I am unable to cancel my subscription for the month/year paid upon receiving services or products from Coexist Gaming that were included in my subscription. I will be receiving a confirmation via email to cancel and modify my subscription via the given link or by contacting info@coexistgaming.com Coexist Gaming has the right to cancel my subscription or refuse refunds should I fail to comply with company policy. I will not be eligible for a refund should I, Fail to cancel my subscription at the given time frame. Fail to comply with Coexist Gaming’s policies. Fail to provide accurate personal information during my subscription Fail to provide my own billing information during my subscription Fail to observe proper conduct within Coexist Gaming’s property that led me to be banned or escorted out. Fail to provide information required by Coexist Gaming to process a refund. Fail to withdraw from a dispute submitted to my bank regarding the subscription payment.
  • I'm an Elite member and would like to use the Studio along with my team, can I take them with me?
  • I want to rent out the space but I am not a member, would there be a higher fee?
    There isn't always a fee to enjoy the space if you do not want a private event. You and your guests can simply purchase a ticket from our website under the events tab and you will be permitted entry. If you wish to have a certain area rsvp, additional fees may be charged.
  • How do your events work?
    We host themed days often and they are all provided on our calendar of events. You can select any of them on the day you'd like to attend and purchase a ticket. An auto-generated email will be sent to you with a QR code that will be scanned at the front desk upon arrival.
  • I have booked an event but would like to know if certain equipment will be available on site?
    The equipment provided varies according to the type of event yo wish to host. We do have AV, streaming and production equipment available that our staff can access. These items can be made available to you once your event has been approved.
  • How do I book an event?
    To book your event please fill out the event form by going to Events > Events & Activations. Once filled out, our events team will reach out to you via email to finalize and confirm your booking.
